COLOR CO-ORDINATION

a.       Red, yellow and blue are classified as primary colors

b.      Secondary colors are created by mixing equal amounts of 2 of the primary colors

c.       Green and violet are classified as secondary colors

d.      Colors are classified as warm or cool colors

e.      A tertiary color is created by mixing secondary color and a primary in equal amounts

f.        Almost all greens are members of the cool family

g.       Brown is a member of the warm family

h.      Purple is a member of the cool family

i.         Yellow + blue is mix to get green color

j.        Black is a neutral color

k.       Orange is a warm color

l.         Blue is a cool color

m.    Red combines well with blue

n.      Purple combines well with pink

o.      Blue combines well with red

p.      Black combines well with light pink

q.      Green combines well with yellow

r.        Blue + red = violet / purple
